Shipping & Delivery

Every saddle we build is fully insured and tracked from our Greensboro workshop to your door. Because each saddle is made to order, shipping windows begin only after your build is complete.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Free ground shipping on all orders over $500 within the continental U.S.
• Under $500: a flat rate of $29.
• Carrier: UPS or FedEx Ground, fully insured.
• Transit time: 3–7 business days after your saddle leaves the bench.
• Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories: quoted per order.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders are quoted per destination and use fully insured, tracked services (typically DHL or UPS Worldwide).

• Canada & Mexico: 5–10 business days.
• European Union & UK: 7–14 business days.
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days.
• Import duties, VAT and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Packaging

Every saddle ships in a custom-built double-wall carton with foam bracing and moisture protection. We do not skimp on packaging — a $3,000 saddle deserves a $60 box.

Damaged in Transit

If your saddle arrives damaged, take photographs before unpacking further and contact us within 48 hours. We handle the insurance claim on your behalf and either repair or rebuild your saddle at no cost.

Delivery Time Estimates

Total delivery time = build time (4–14 weeks) + shipping time. We provide a personal estimate at the time of order and keep you updated weekly.
