Where we ship
We ship to all fifty US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders can also be collected in person at 7433 69th Ave NE, Marysville, WA 98270, USA at no charge.

Shipping cost
- Flat $9.95 on accessories under 5 lb
- Free standard shipping on orders over $250 within the contiguous USA
- Saddles ship at actual carrier cost, quoted before payment; typically $65–$140
- AK/HI surcharge quoted per order
Tracking and insurance
Every parcel ships with tracking, and all saddles are insured for their full value. You receive the tracking number by email on the day the parcel leaves the shop. If tracking has not moved for three business days, contact us at info@elreydelasmonturasoficial.com and we will open a carrier trace on your behalf.
Damaged or lost parcels
Inspect your parcel on arrival. Report visible damage within 48 hours with photos of the box and the contents so we can file the carrier claim. We replace or repair damaged goods at our cost once the claim is filed.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address supplied at checkout. Re-delivery caused by an incorrect address is charged at cost. Please double-check apartment numbers and rural route details.
