We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, pricing and photographs are accurate. Handmade leather products vary slightly in tone, tooling depth and grain. These variations are part of the character of the work and not defects.

Every saddle we build is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original owner, subject to normal wear and proper care. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, neglect or unauthorized modification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Guilford County, North Carolina.
