3. Products, prices and availability
Prices shown are starting prices in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping unless stated. Because everything is hand-made, colour, tooling and grain vary between pieces and photographs are illustrative. We may change prices and withdraw items at any time; the price confirmed in your written quote or order confirmation is the price that applies to you.
4. Orders
An order is accepted when we send a written confirmation. Custom builds require a 40% deposit and an approved specification sheet. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable, where measurements are incomplete, or where we believe the requested build would be unsafe for horse or rider.
5. Payment
We accept cash, major debit and credit cards, and bank transfer for custom builds. Balance is due before dispatch or on collection. Card details are handled by a regulated payment processor.

7. Correct use of equipment
Riding involves risk. Our products must be inspected before every use, fitted correctly and maintained as described in our Care Guide. We are not liable for injury or loss arising from misuse, modification by a third party, neglect, or continued use of visibly damaged equipment.
8. Intellectual property
All text, photographs, tooling patterns and the El Rey de las Monturas name and logo on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
9. Website availability
We try to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every detail is free of error. We may update content at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods or services concerned. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts of Snohomish County, Washington.
