Returns & Refunds

Honest policies for honest craftsmanship.

In-stock items

Unworn, unaltered in-stock saddles and tack may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (less return shipping). Items must arrive in original condition with all tags and packaging.

Custom builds

Because every custom saddle is built specifically for your horse and your specifications, custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. We encourage every customer to schedule a fitting consultation before approving production.

Damaged in transit

If your shipment arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photographs. We will file an insurance claim and either repair or replace the saddle at no cost to you.

How to start a return

  1. Email admin@elreydelasmonturasoficial.com with your order number.
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Warranty repairs

Lifetime warranty repairs are performed free of charge for the original owner; you only pay return shipping. Routine wear (re-stitching, re-oiling, re-lining) is offered at cost.
