1. Orders & quotes

All quotes are valid for 30 days. An order is confirmed only once we have received your written approval and a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due prior to shipment.

2. Pricing

Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude shipping, customs duties and applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; the price quoted to you on your written order remains binding.

3. Production & delivery

Hand-built saddles require time. Estimated lead times are provided in good faith and are not guarantees. We will keep you informed of significant changes.

4. Title & risk of loss

Title transfers to you upon full payment. Risk of loss transfers to you upon hand-off to the carrier. All shipments are insured.

5. Warranty

Each saddle is covered by a lifetime craftsmanship warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, in favor of the original owner. Normal wear, misuse, neglect or modifications by third parties void the warranty.

6. Intellectual property

All photographs, designs, tooling patterns and content on this website are the property of El Rey de las Monturas and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the saddle in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
