How long does a custom saddle take to make?

Typical lead times range from 6 to 16 weeks depending on the model and the complexity of the tooling. We will confirm an exact delivery window in your written quote.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to over 30 countries via DHL and FedEx with full insurance and door-to-door tracking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfers (ACH/wire) and PayPal. A 50% deposit secures your build slot.

Can I order a saddle for a horse with hard-to-fit withers?

Absolutely. Send us tracings or photos of your horse and we will build a tree to match. Fit is what we do best.

Do you repair old saddles?

Yes. Susan personally inspects every restoration request. Re-stitching, re-lining, replacing fenders and rebuilding trees are all part of our daily work.

Is there a warranty?

Every saddle carries a lifetime craftsmanship warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for the original owner.

Can I visit the workshop?

Of course — by appointment. Call ahead so we can have coffee ready and a craftsman free to walk you through the process.

Do you sell tack and accessories separately?

Yes, our headstalls, breast collars, reins, cinches, pads and conchos are all available individually. Contact us for the full catalog.
